Complex assemblies, overmolding and combining several functions into a single component.

Offset Tool for properly loading 4 sizes of heart valves into a delivery catheter. Prototype was 4 separate components assembled into a fixture for one size of implant. This tool is a single molded part with reduced tolerance stack-up and works with all sizes of implant.

Trans-catheter Aortic Heart Valve Delivery System Handle

Overmolded introducer handles designed to minimize shadowing in fluoroscopy images, used for interventional spine procedures.
